Pros

The benefits and hours are fantastic ! That is about the only good things I can think of why to work for this company.

Cons

Management needs more training on how to treat people with respect and how to properly run a kitchen. Favoritism should not be allowed and fairness should. Upper management should listen to the employees voices when you are on your 4th manager in 1 year and the site is still not running properly.
