Pros

I am on zero hours contract and enjoy working with some fab people on match days. I always get break and a decent meal.

Cons

However at end of year I did not get full holiday pay that i had accrued. I was told that it was because Compass has decided to pay holiday pay in half day blocks - ie 4 hours at a time. So you can be owed 3.75 hours of holiday pay but they wont process it cos it doesnt fit their system. This process accross the thousands they employ must be saving them a lot of money
