      The company itself runs well however with current inflation rates and the ever climbing cost of living little to nothing

      Pros

      Good, and friendly management. Plus a meal plan.

      Cons

      Contant lay offs, incompetent union, wage stagnation as after three years you hit the wage cap ( currently 17.91) constant call ins from staff, heavily seniority based resulting in new hires being bumped and shuffled around regularly. Little to no incentives or benefit to working hard and little to no detriment for not. Also it has been more than a year since our CBA expired and the union has made zero effort to create a new one.

      was a job whilst I was younger, enjoyed the time I was there.

      manager was fired for strange reasons.
