Free sandwich and crisps or fruit every shift work

Cons

Toxic management Thrown In deep end no official training Bullied from management told what I can not say I was so scared to say anything in the end on meetings so I just stopped Expected to work over contracted hours, When leave late and get nails done in your own time u get telling off it was in my own Csa volatile No support just put down all the time No hr dedicated people person per region Discriminates against disabled people with hidden disability No discounts for colleagues Systems don’t work or so old Manual stock takes for a high tech store No work life balance as keep txts or calls when ur on day off

The people are cool. For the most part. Free meal.

Cons

Pay could be a lot better. Especially since they run it like a fine dining establishment. As an employee you know you’re replaceable. No advancement.
