Pros
Because of my frustration with this company I currently cannot think of a pro for working right now besides the fact that it’s a job
Cons
There’s not a lot of diversity within this company. Take a look at their CEO all the way down to middle management it is a majority of white associates. During Covid they discontinued a lot of programs that would benefit those who wish to continue learning and they have yet to re-in-state them. I have been threatened with termination under the umbrella of making adjustments for Covid however I recently learned that a lot of the upper management got pay increases while those who works the front line were told be lucky you have a job.
