Pros

Weekly payment. Zero hours contract was great in that some weeks I could work up to 90 hours over 7 days and earn over £500 in a week. There is a genuine young friendly vibe.

Cons

Poor training. Work is never guaranteed. Antisocial hours.

Pros

Easy work, greater than minimum wage pay. Friendly atmosphere to be a part of. Can say yes or no to hours that are available to work.

Cons

Limited chance of progressing upwards in the company if you are only on a casual contract. Some locations for working can be awkward to get to if you do not have youre own transport.
