Pros
staff food was free. but it was mostly fried food.
Cons
managers took advantage of their positions, the team leaders that kept their mouth shut and just did as they were told prospered. any sort of discussion or criticism was not acceptable. a number of team leader has sex at the o2 and management would not investigate. Staff where given fake hope that they had a chance of a promotion. Managers would just promote their friends. Good work ethics did not lead to promotions.
