Compass has a large amount of divisions across the US and abroad.

Pros

Most of the people I worked with were a lot of fun. Free food and drinks were a bonus though they took it off your pay so make sure you eat and drink. The job is easy once you know what you're doing, though you're not really trained.

Cons

Bad management constantly understaffed, Food supplies were constantly not ordered properly. Pay was terrible hours during the summer were almost too many during the winter none. Some of the staff were not the brightest people you had to repeat something to them a million times. Basically. no training you're just thrown in and expected to know what to do.

Upper management was placed before they were ready. Too concerned with client relations than employee satisfaction.
