Free tea and coffee from Tim Hortons and Starbuck

Cons

No work life balance very cold negative work environment they only way to keep up is to work 15 hrs a day and weekend poor management they don't know how to treat you with respect. they treat your like your a slave there no training high turn over due people leaving old school process no motivating , they pressure you to do more so they can dump more work on you. they lie to you about your job, as an analyst they will force you to support 2 -3 mangers plus have you doing coordinator work as well,

Pros

Good team, good people to work with, benefit package is quite decent, good growth opportunities if one takes initiative in their job

Cons

There seem to be less and less resources that the managers are supposed to get more and more out of, can be quite stressful at times specially over the last couple of years.
