Pros

Good work hours and you get free meals. Great safety culture for the industry and pay isn't horrible.

Cons

Hard work, you are short staffed so mgmt has to pull employees jobs. Always expected to do better than the last year and unreasonable goals when it comes to safety, paper cut can be a big deal.

Pros

My old boss was great. My colleagues were great, too. Buildings were right next to each other which made it easier carrying all the cleaning equipment.

Cons

Supervisor was very unprofessional. Carrying toilet rolls from one end of the barracks to the other. Sometimes buildings would be left in a very bad state due to lack of supervision.
