Pros

Set days no weekends. Lots of training given. Just not when you need it.

Cons

Lack of communication through departments. Hard to get straight answers. Wage is not great. Pointless generic tasks that are sent out to everyone even if they dont apply to your site.

Pros

Fixed working days, management helpful on the job and prompt when mistakes happen with your salary. Surrounded by a great and charismatic team. Great way of training and learning through Compassconnect.

Cons

Nothing so far, except sometimes we get very busy and the shortage of personnel is visible during those times. !
