Nothing at all, they will provide offer letter and later will revoke it. So no pros at all

Cons

Don't trust this company.they will offer you the job and if someone joins before you then they revoke the offer making your stable job and personal life worst

Good Hike but unsecured job

Pros

Good Hike, Good clients like MasterCard, Wipro, Infosys,etc to name a few. HR and managers are supportive Good work Life balance

Cons

If you don't have project, you will not be getting paid and you will released immediately. No bench system. You will be informed 15 days prior that your project is not gonna extend and then you need to rush to prepare for interview and take offer otherwise your employment is discontinued.
