      Makes you realize how nice it is to work at a different company.

      Cons

      If you want a job filled with Insight Global rejects and under qualified, immature manager this is the place to work. They only promote employees that they like and nothing is based on skill. This company is toxic and you will hate every minute of it. I have heard managers make fun of associates for not drinking at happy hours and others get made fun of based on the amount of money you make. They don't actually care about the relationships you make with clients, they just want you to shut up and cold call all day, over 200 calls a day to be exact. Everyday I see someone new on LinkedIn leaving this fake company. Any new grads, if a recruiter reaches out from Collabera, delete the message and never look back. It will be the best decision you'll make.

      No Pros here they are cheated you.

      Here lot of Cons. They make fool. They hire and they don't pay any amount. Here I stayed around 4 months. It was not give my sallary. And HR department no gives any updates your salary they asked we are trying assign to u in project. In offer latter mention different things and when u join it then after they ask different things. Plz don't join this one. It was not happen only of me. In my batch its happened around 10 people. It's third party pay roll...... They don't pay anything....

      1. On-time Salary 2. Good Management Stuff. They do take care of their employee. 3. They have a lot of good vendors in the market in different locations.

      Cons

      1. They are trying to manipulate and give false hope to the contractual employee for their hiring company. They are charging more to the client company but paying less to the contractual employee. 2. Many contractual employees were thrown out of the job suddenly before their contract period was over. 3. They had very few leave options.
