Working with collabera has been great so far as compared to my previous companies.

Pros

Good management support. Strong client base. Old company in the staffing industry. Good Cash flow and hence no worries of they going bankrupt.

Cons

Limited internal growth oppurtunities. Not very good benefits plan. No work-life balance support - its all about work 24/7. Heavy offshore oriented - with every single job done by people in countries like India.
