      best place if u will to learn as fresher best pay in industry and good co employees and wat not

      Cons

      lack of proper process but even that will come through .and cafetaria is not the best but nobody is perfect

      Pros

      Good exposure. For a start it can be a dependable source to get work. Larning curve in the beginning is good.

      Cons

      no fairness in promotions and inconsistent yard stick for measuring performance. No method of taking and passing correct feedbacks. Taking decisions based on personal judgement !!!
