Decent company to start your career but lack of management

Cons
Management is very poor in this company Lost so many design projects to other companies due to poor bidding/management. So many staff left due to this. I was promised a promotion about 5 months ago, but still not in effect although they promise backlogging the pay HR/higher authority response is sometimes poor and delayed Lots of positive talk during brief but that is not always the reality Some staff are not that experienced and the company doesn't do enough to get them more experience
