Good office location, good opportunities in the company if you work in the core business (e.g. engineering). If you work in operations, it is easy to move across to different teams if you want to try out something else.

Cons

Terrible office politics and culture, male-heavy organisation. Great work-life balance

Good management package (apart from Company Car choice), good progression prospects as a growing business. People with a "can do" attitude can make a genuine impact.

Cons

Lack of process and chains of responsibility. Needs to consolidate, define processes and stop taking all decisions being "By Committee"
