HR so annoying, arrogant, not approachable. CEO cannot speak english properly! how to communicate? French culture too strong.

Pro's -salary is competitive , varied contracts within the company, Colas group is large so ability to move within is good.

Cons

Very little support and communication from senior management. Company does not seem to have a strategy. Working for Colas you will have no work life balance.
