Good management package (apart from Company Car choice), good progression prospects as a growing business. People with a "can do" attitude can make a genuine impact.

Cons

Lack of process and chains of responsibility. Needs to consolidate, define processes and stop taking all decisions being "By Committee"

Good development and training plan provided when I joined the company. Good grad pay with an increase every 6 months (performance based) Good company to start your career Some good technical people to work with Good work life balance Flexible hours Good pension + medicals Travelling paid for business purposes

Cons

Management is very poor in this company Lost so many design projects to other companies due to poor bidding/management. So many staff left due to this. I was promised a promotion about 5 months ago, but still not in effect although they promise backlogging the pay HR/higher authority response is sometimes poor and delayed Lots of positive talk during brief but that is not always the reality Some staff are not that experienced and the company doesn't do enough to get them more experience
