Huge budget for IT Always looking to improve and adapt new technology You get hands-on experience with a wide range of (new) tech Provides you with all the basic knowledge you need within the field They do invest in their employees and provide opportunities for additional training to help you develop further You get involved in a bunch of projects Small team, no silly targets Friendly people

Cons

A bit of a remote location for London (Wimbledon) The salary isn't the best compared to other London wages Senior, less motivated employees are sitting on positions within the area, no chance to progress without having to relocate within the country Small department but quite a lot of bureaucracy going on between the teams
