No pros at all,certain management are bullies and liars,so unfortunately no pros.

Cons

Management stick by each other whether right or wrong ,don’t believe anything any of the employees have to say, in fact they don’t even listen .Prepared to break covid rules,Mainly young management that are university graduates who don’t have a clue about running a train company .
