pay, shift pay included into salary, 8hr shifts, overtime if you want it, pension scheme

Cons

Night shift work, sometimes there isnt enough work to fulfill a shift so you have to keep busy looking busy, some other employees have given up trying so they have a lazy mentality, limited promotion opportunity.
