A small Singapore project with 4 Project Directors Level at Senior Management Level. Very relax position for Senior Management level with low loading. Country Director manage Philippine and Singapore Project. Operation Director overlook the entire one small project in Singapore. Project Director to manage and overlook the one small project activities in Singapore. Deputy Project Director to manage sub contractors and overlook the construction activities for a small project in Singapore.

Cons

Very unproductive and unsupportive management, resulting might not able to secure next project in sg. Senior Management take forever to resolve sub-contractors contractual issues. Insufficient manpower at engineers level but over manpower for senior management, poor project manpower planning. No job stability unless you willing to work at their overseas project. Good luck.
