      Good work life balance Flexible timings, good attitude at workplace Good variable pay outs

      Cons

      A person is given a job irrespective whether the Job demands him or not. Due to slack in the IT market, most of their projects are either Support or enhancement, quality of work is depreciating day by day Management doesn't care about employee needs or his demand for better quality of work. There is no rotation policy for onsite opportunities, one who gets lucky remains lucky and unlucky ones never get lucky. Mangers believe themselves to be GOD.

      Keep the pay/packages of existing employees at par with the lateral hire's to keep them with you.

      Job security. One of the best company for lateral joinees. One of the best/big client base to work for. All the best software process and practises. Good brand name

      Cons

      1. Salary stucture of existing employees is not at par with the lateral hiring specially when you have joined CTS at freshers level as a PAT/PT, 2. Onsite should be rotational ( as they prefer to have the same person at onsite in a way new people are not able to get chance), 3. Moderate chances of onsite upto Programmer Analyst level if you are in development project.(This is the current scenerio after recession) 4. Appraisal process is not fare and not tranparent.
