      Worst work experience on multiple levels in France

      Pros

      Cognizant was great place to work when I started in 2016. Everything changed drastically since Covid and the implementation of a new internal management (local HR + global Workplace). I am not able to think about any pro.

      Cons

      Severe and multiple harassement cases perpetrated by HR, culture of silence (if something happens, it is shut down), micro-management, no consideration for workplace associates, no promotion in 5 years despite having the best reviews (exceed all expectations 3 years in a row), salaries way below the market, mentality focused on problems and not solutions, work overload, drastic budget restrictions (mainly for workplace department), huge churn, poor decisions made by top management locally, etc. Overall, very toxic environment where work ethic was not a priority anymore. My life and health have greatly improved since I quit (I was pushed to).
