Cons
1.No career path defined for associates 2. No work life balance. you are supposed to spend @least 12 hours in office else you are not a competent employee. Noone cares how much and what quality of work you are doing. 3. Managers keep a keen eye on your swipe-in and swipe-out time and number of hours you spend. 4. This is specific to testing verticle that some middle management people are running the teams as personal fiefdom and in cartels 5. your skill sets are not considered while giving work to you. There lots of non technical / functional business analysyts/domain experts/SMEs working as testers and executing test cases as their primary job/roles 6. Too much of cartelisation.
