      Some good people working there

      Cons

      Treat the employees like dirt. No raises or bonuses, cut profit sharing so management get a bigger cut, Off Shoring of jobs. Care only about the stockholders and nothing about employees or policy holders.

      Everything. The managers are poorly trained and play favorites. The pay is terrible and when you try to move up/ on in the company they cap the pay increase you can get when someone from outside the company can come in and get a decent salary for the same position. For example, I know people who have been with the company for over 25 years and I've been with the company for about 2 and make almost $20K more than them in the same position! They treat their long term employees terribly.

      The benefits and coworkers keep the majority of employees here. Everyone is nice. 20 plus days off. Relatively Decent insurance.

      Cons

      Micro Management, no room to grow, over worked, a lot of secret keeping, over communication of unimportant details, under communication of important changes.
