You can’t focus on your calls if your neighbors are loud, which mine are. Some of them sing to clients over the phone. Killme. If you want to work from home 5 days a week, you are penalized and have to work an extra 10 hours a week, without getting paid overtime. They say they’ll match your 401k @ 6% but it’s actually only UP TO 50% of 6%, Which is 3, max. We have an unlocked thermostat so it goes from 50 to 80 depending on if a single person decides to screw with it and change it based on their own preference. The pay is garbage for living in Jersey.
