      Pros

      The best part was the talent. If you are good at networking and managing workplace relationships, you will do well. The insurance industry is a relationship business.

      Cons

      The disconnect between HR and the business. HR was never going to get a seat at the table! The company could benefit from a COE HR structure. They keep bad HR managers because of tenure & tenure alone.

      Work from home and good business folks

      Cons

      Culture of blame , fire employees for no mistake, no work life balance, stressful environment , no trust in your work , developers are everything and no other work has any value in this organization

      Pros

      Great work/life balance, solid compensation and benefits, the name and reputation of the company is stellar and having it on your resume would get your foot in the door of other companies. There are a ton of positions open at all times if you want to move around the company, but the hiring process for those roles can be political at times.

      Cons

      Still some growing pains (culture, watered down benefits if you came from legacy-Chubb) from the acquisition. A lot of top-down pressure to grow and to also be perfect. Old systems, but apparently they're investing $1B a year into technology.
