      I’ve been working here for the past 2 years. While the company offers stability and learning opportunities, career growth has felt limited in my experience. There is a high level of micromanagement, and salary increments tend to be modest. Leadership and communication from top management could be improved to create a more supportive and growth-oriented work environment.
