      Pros

      Used to be good,family oriented company. Hard work was rewarded,,promoted from within. Managers were great,,many were mentors

      Cons

      They started to outsource to India. Popularity was taken over talent,,who was friends with who,who kissed up. Political,toxic, cut throat environment. No regard for talent,knowledge,history. Chubb is a sinking ship

      Not a fan of the new culture since ACE acquired Chubb

      Pros

      It was a very customer focused company prior to the acquisition by ACE.

      Cons

      Recently acquired by ACE Insurance and is now going though a huge culture change and elimination of jobs.

      Pros

      Was a fantastic place to work. Management was great at getting the best out of their people while also promoting a good work life balance. The talent was amazing. Chubb only hired who they though were the best out there. Chubb acvieved top notch results and underwriting profit and was highly regarded in the market. Hence why Ace bought us but had to keep our name.....

      Cons

      Ace just bought us, and they don't appear to have the slightest idea of what they're doing. They have cut out some critical ex Chubb managers from the picture and are trying to overhaul something that did not need to be overhauled.
