They are big and want to grow.
Cons
Absolutely no appreciation of staff. Unrealistic staffing levels for the objectives they have. There is currently a culture in Europe that mgt is afraid to inform Sr Mgt of things that are going wrong. (like a $100m IT system that doesnt work but noone will report that up!) Additionally, they are currently setting up a centralized uw operation in Madrid that will fail for sure. However, in the meantime any vacancies elsewhere in Europe will be moved to Madrid. That is leaving the teams very weakened in country.
