Pros

Decent benefits and time off.

Cons

Morale at this company is terrible. All management plays favorites. The pay at Chubb is below average. Raises and bonuses are laughable. The owner Evan Greenberg is the 2nd highest paid insurance owner and doesn't invest money into his employees. Christmas parties are in office and they ask you to bring sides during flu season. Christmas bonuses or gifts are basically non existent. They advance you by your skin color and sex, not by your qualifications.

Good training program out of college.

Cons

Highly political culture where you are expected to work unrealistic hours. Dishonest management. Opportunities for promotion are limited.

Pros

Hybrid work schedule is ok

Cons

Company run by middle aged men who still think face time in the office is more important than quality work product and employee happiness with more flexible work/ remote schedules
