1. Learn everything from your own and start working from day you join with utmost clarity and quality. 2. No proper KT and spatial team structure. 3. Lots and lots of work, for regular employees 12 hours in minimum and for new joiners, 14 to 15 hours with learning. 4. After few days, you'd decide whether to stay or leave this work culture which is very very rare in Indian IT marker.
