      Ethical business practices, you can be proud to work for Chubb. The pay is good and benefits are definitely above average. Great coworkers, flexible environment. Good work/life balance.

      Cons

      In some areas, there can be a heavy emphasis of process -- sometimes too heavy, in my opinion. Career advancement often requires moving to a different location.
