Pros

Long standing company with top notch product offerings. Great training programs.

Cons

Very corporately run. Lots of department/company meetings. You can be average at your job but if you make friends in upper management you will move through the ranks much more quickly. Pay is scaled unequally. HR is not to be trusted.

Global company providing opportunity to move up in a number of different areas. They are also quote flexible. I have seen the company work with numerous people on relocation

Cons

Career advancement does seems to take longer if you stay within the company than if you leave and come back.

Pay is good, for now. Some Legacy Chubb people are still on board, and they're awfully good. Basic book of business is profitable and well underwritten.

Cons

New management and its priorities are not as sound as prior management. Excess reliance on top line results and the appearance of being great. Atmosphere reeks of politics.
