There is nothing to gain working for chubb.

Cons

Low oay. Boring work. No customer aervice. Need to write 5 emails and 7 phobes to get my separation certificate. Hopeless company.

Very invested in their employees. Your hard work will get noticed. Solid leadership team.

Cons

The Simsbury office is viewed as a "service center" rather than a robust UW operation. When it comes time for raises, UWs here do not get treated as well as field UWs
