So big that it is not a very inclusive organization, lacks diversity especially among senior execs, and is very slow to change. Chubb still embraces a suit and tie wearing, be in the office every day (even though we are still in the pandemic) culture. Very white, very male among the senior levels.

Internal promotion highly dependent on manager and department. Multiple grade level promotions are rare even if qualified. You may get the job, but you won’t get the posted grade level and compensation. A penalty for staying loyal. In office mentality.
