      Into the Fire ... Lack of Training!

      Employment opportunities available - it's been tough to keep the team together.

      Cons

      Very little training for new hires at Chubb. Too many new underwriters are thrown into the fire without adequate training. If this practice continues, there will be more and more people leaving for greener pastures.

      Pros

      The industry itself is stable and strong. Not necessarily a company pro but nothing else to think about.

      Cons

      Top management is very conservative. Although rest of the companies in the industry adopted hybrid model where people decide when to come in & how often, the top management at Chubb decides them for us. Still wearing business casual in this day and age. Based on the top management's attitude, it's is uncertain whether the company can catch up with the changes within the industry. Growth is stagnant compared to other insurance companies as a result.
