- Flexible working hours - Remote working possible - Use industry standards, no proprietary tools or software - All engineers are in London or Mauritius, so no early/late calls due to timezones - Trust in independent async working - Referral bonuses available
Cons
- Tried to delay my first paycheck to 2 months after I joined. Caved pretty easily though - High turnover of staff - Constantly improving or consolidating company systems (job titles, departments etc.) - Added an additional NDA 6 months after joining - 9 to 6
