Pros

The organization provides a collaborative and inclusive environment where teams genuinely support each other and work toward shared goals. Leadership demonstrates a strong commitment to transparency, with clear communication of goals, priorities, and long-term vision. Senior management is approachable and open to feedback, which creates a culture of transparency and continuous improvement. I’ve particularly appreciated the opportunities to learn and grow, there’s exposure to diverse challenges, AI trainings and there is trust to take initiative and drive impact.

Cons

While like any fast-paced organization there are periods of high pressure, the overall experience has been rewarding, both professionally and personally.
