      Good salary, thats about it

      Cons

      Toxic work culture, they want you to work from 6 am to 9pm. If you do not speak french or are not french you will feel like an outsider. Favoritism is big here, manager have their favorites and will feed them inbounds. Very hard to get approval to go to conferences, and there is no ROI, longer reps hold on to bigger name merchants for years even though they are not having any impact, and no one does anything about it.

      Company perks and comp but nothing special that other companies wont offer

      Cons

      An environment filled with uncertainty and unhealthy pressure. At times, it genuinely feels like employees are being treated more like school children than experienced professionals. Clear signs of internal discrimination, which makes the environment even more uncomfortable and discouraging. Leadership frequently introduces random and often irrelevant “tests” to challenge employees, which only adds unnecessary stress and creates a toxic atmosphere. Expectations are unrealistic,

      None - soul crushing company rife with bullying and little clubs that you aren’t in.

      Cons

      All the cons. From bullying to nepotism. Headcount is managed with pips and firing rather than sensible recruitment. They foster an environment of throwing people under the bus.
