-Culture -The people are amazing, collaborative and supportive -Company growth is very impressive, providing a ton of opportunities for exposure and learning

Cons

-Lot of work which leads to a demanding environment, but this is a product of the company's success. If you don't like fast-paced, high pressure (but impactful) work then it's not for you

Dynamic, fast-paced and full of bright minds and passionate people.

Cons

Not for those overly wedded to processes you can reel off in your sleep. This is a pro or a con depending on your preference but in all cases it requires agility and stamina.
