      Pros

      - Great people from all over the world - The company really invests in the people - Good benefits (health insurance, summer trip, work from home, etc) - Fast growing - Interesting industry - Flexible working hours - Great office

      Cons

      Nothing so far, just consider not getting too bureaucratic/corporate with the fast growth and keep this "start up" efficient style that currently has.

      The company is growing fast in an industry offering exciting perspectives The vibe is great the people are very friendly The management style is smart and open minded Working with the best technologies and adapting quickly to change Multiple opportunities to learn, progress and grow with the company

      Cons

      As in all tech companies, reaching a 50% parity can be a challenge but Checkout.com seems to have put a high priority on this target.

      If you are looking to work for a company and a manager that: - Blocks your ideas. - Treat you like crap. - Don't utilise your skills for the job. - Constantly looking over your shoulders for any mistakes. - Blaming you for any errors even if its not your fault.
