Pros

If you want to pretend and good to sell what you are doing it's right place or if you have friend who's in leadership team.

Cons

- work hard to get close to leadership team and get awarded -if you want to work with people who doesn't have any empathy it's right place - people are getting redundant just before Christmas and leadership team still pretending all good seriously? - are you close friend with CTO great , you will get new pillar leadership - they are leaders who had change few times teams, pillars they obviously failed they got a lot people redundant but they are still they and event getting reward for this. - lower level managers has zero power , they have to follow what they told . -depends in which team you work . In some teams it's 3 days mandatory in some not they can't control this it's so unfair

Pros

The office is not even that great, as it’s barely functional to get any work done in

Cons

Numerous bad apples led by inexperienced and incompetent Sr. leadership has made working here unbearable. The environment is very much “every man for themselves” which results in multiple individuals willing to throw others under the bus just to be praised and deemed as valuable to the company. It’s a shame. Unfortunately checkout’s only concern is how they appear to the public, so they’ll spend thousands on LinkedIn campaigns to rave about how incredible the company is, rather than investing in boosting employee moral.
