Pros

When I first joined CKO I was really impressed by the culture, team and way people collaborated with one another

Cons

however with time things changed and my feedback can’t be positive for the following reasons: - Culture changes since joining have impacted the way people act and interact with one another - Politics and ‘fights’ to gain visibility in order to improve the chances of getting a promotion - All back to the office without justifying it with evidence of better productivity by doing so - No opportunities for secondments, upskill or training to move among departments - Finance department needs tools and experienced professionals - Unfair performance reviews and unrealistic expectations - Talent retention
