Pros

* Competitive salary and strong technology stack * Attractive benefits, including free breakfast and lunch, solid health insurance, and pension contributions, among others. * Positive culture with a strong emphasis on upskilling, learning, and professional development * Modern, well-designed office environment * Flexible working hours depending on role and responsibilities * Many supportive and approachable colleagues who are always willing to help * Strong female representation in leadership roles across regions, which is refreshing and encouraging

Cons

* At times, the culture can feel somewhat like a “boys’ club.” This may be subjective, but similar observations have been shared by others. There can be perceived preferential treatment toward a small inner circle across different departments. * The environment is very fast-paced. While this can be motivating, it requires resilience and continuous self-advocacy to avoid feeling left behind.

Great Environment

Pros

The company places a strong emphasis on upholding its core values, which is a significant positive. This focus helps align the entire team toward a common goal, positively impacting the overall work environment and employee experience.

Cons

The intense push to meet annual goals near the year's end significantly increases pressure on all employees. Compounding this, there is a perceived imbalance where efforts made early in the year feel less impactful than results achieved in the second half, leading to uneven workload distribution and stress.
