      The company's overall performance is excellent, with rapid growth in China. Good performance can result in substantial bonuses. There is also an annual opportunity for an overseas business trip.

      Cons

      Frequent changes in structure and personnel, high performance targets, and many cumbersome internal processes.

      Heavy company politics. Had comments based on filename and pr format. People get fired with a reason of unclear agenda description on meetings.
