Very Frustrating to work, IT investment for Hardware/Software - almost nil, so IT Developers build, test in the same environment namely Production. Manager I worked for could not take any criticism. I have worked 10% of my time late hours in my 4 1/2 years with the Manager walking away with all the credit. No visibility to Senior management at lower levels.

This company could be amazing to work for, but it’s packed with micromanagement. Coworkers and the office team? Absolutely the best. Store managers? Most of them belong in Pacific Mall, not here. They wear a borrowed Chanel jacket and act like they’re curing cancer. No humility, very shady—about 80% of them. Favoritism is rampant, and being Asian seems key if you want to move up. The “diversity” they brag about? Just quotas. Any truly professional person gets targeted. As a company, it’s great—but if you’re not in the managers’ good books, don’t expect even a hello back.
