Pros
Great benefits, many perks in forms of gifts, events, office is beautiful, location is perfect, people are friendly, you can see actual diversity happening - which is super encouraging given that it's a haute couture company (usually seen as exclusionary and elitist)
Cons
slow progression, there is much eagerness for new things but the company does not have much to support new innovation, some teams can hold very conservative attitudes, work can be quite monotonous after some years but people stay because the company offers the best balance of things
